🌿 Rest & Reset Sunday: A Journey of Renewal and Transformation 🌿

Are you ready to let go of what no longer serves you and step into the best version of yourself? Join us for Rest & Reset Sundays, a once a month, 90-minute wellness experience designed to help you release, rejuvenate, and realign.

What to Expect:

1. Journaling & Intention Setting: We’ll begin with guided journaling to help you explore your inner thoughts and emotions. Journaling is a powerful tool for self-reflection, allowing you to identify patterns, release pent-up emotions, and gain clarity. By putting your thoughts on paper, you create space for new insights and inspiration. After journaling, we’ll move into setting intentions—positive, purposeful goals that align with your highest self. These intentions will serve as your guiding light throughout the session, helping you focus on what truly matters. The will also serve to determine your 'sankalpa', your resolve, your resolution, that you will use for Yoga Nidra. 

2. Hatha Yoga: Next, we’ll transition into a grounding Hatha yoga practice. Hatha yoga is a gentle yet powerful form of yoga that focuses on balancing the mind and body through physical postures (asanas), breath control (pranayama), and mindfulness. This practice will help you release physical tension, increase flexibility, and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace. Hatha yoga is perfect for all levels, offering modifications to suit your needs while helping you connect with your body and breath. This will serve as a gentle, mindful and intentional movement, to warm up the body and to allow your awareness to come to the body, to leave the thinking brain out but to experience and embody the movements. This will be a great preparation for our Yoga Nidra.

3. Yoga Nidra: We’ll close the session with Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice often referred to as “yogic sleep.” Yoga Nidra guides you into a state of conscious relaxation, where the body rests deeply while the mind remains alert. This practice has numerous benefits, including reducing stress, improving sleep, and promoting emotional healing. In this deeply relaxed state, you’ll have the opportunity to release lingering tensions, solidify your intentions set at the start of the session, and emerge feeling refreshed and renewed.
