It has helped me living more intentionally, to find more clarity within, as I move into the next chapter of my life: motherhood.

What to Expect Each Week
The program will run live from the 15th of October to the 19th of November. The weekly sessions will be held on Zoom, every Tuesday at 7pm (UK time). However, if you aren't able to join live, and to be there each week at that time, do not worry, all the sessions are recorded and you will be able to cover the program at your own pace. This will give you the chance to practice several times each week.
Week 1: Introduction to Yoga Nidra and Sankalpa
We’ll begin by setting the foundation for our journey. You’ll be introduced to the basic principles of Yoga Nidra, learn about the power of Sankalpa, and start crafting your personal intention for the program.
Week 2: Cleansing Old Energies
This week’s theme is all about cleansing old energies to create space for new growth and renewal.
Week 3: Finding Balance
This week is about cultivating inner and outer balance, bringing harmony to all aspects of your life.
Week 4: Nurturing & Reflecting
This week is all about nurturing yourself and reflecting on your journey, offering space for rest and self-compassion.
